【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledrectangularcopperwindingwireofclass180withasolecoatingbasedonpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.NOTEAmodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordimensionscoveredbythisstandardis:Wiresofgrade1andgrade2areincludedinthisspecificationandapplytothecompleterangeofconductors.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedwidth/thicknessratioaregiveninIEC317-0-2.—width:min.2,0mmmax.16,0mm;—thickness:min.0,80mmmax.5,60mm.
