【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestestmethodsforthedeterminationoftherelationshipbetweenthewatercontentandthedrydensityofhydraulicallyboundorunboundmixturesaftercompactionunderspecifiedtestconditionsusingProctorcompaction.Itallowsanestimateofthemixturedensitythatcanbeachievedonconstructionsitesandprovidesareferenceparameterforassessingthedensityofthecompactedlayerofthemixture.Thisdocumentappliesonlytounboundandhydraulicallyboundmixturesofaggregatesusedinroadconstructionandcivilengineeringwork.Itisnotapplicabletosoilsforearthworks.Theresultsofthistestmethodcanbeusedasabasisforcomparingmixturesbeforeuseinroadconstruction.Thetestresultsalsoallowaconclusiontobedrawnastothewatercontentatwhichmixturescanbesatisfactorilycompactedinordertoachieveagivendrydensity.Thistestissuitableformixtureswithdifferentvaluesofuppersieve(D)sizeupto63mmandanoversizeupto25%bymass.
