【摘要】:Referencesoftwareisnormativeinthesensethatanyconformingimplementationofthesoftware,takingthesameconformantbitstreams,usingthesameoutputfileformat,willoutputthesamefile.ComplyingISO/IEC14496implementationsarenotexpectedtofollowthealgorithmsortheprogrammingtechniquesusedbythereferencesoftware.Althoughthedecodingsoftwareisconsiderednormative,itcannotaddanythingtothetextualtechnicaldescriptionincludedinparts1,2,3and6ofISO/IEC14496.
