【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoelectricalequipmentofsafetysystemsusedinnuclearpowerplants,includingcomponentsorequipmentofanyinterfacewhosefailurecouldadverselyaffecttheperformanceofthesafetysystem.Itisalsoapplicabletonon-electricalinterfacesassociatedwithasafetyfunction.Thisstandarddescribessuccessivelythegeneralqualificationprocess,thequalificationproceduresandmethodstobeusedandtheassociateddocumentation.Itistheprimaryroleofqualificationtoensurethat,foreachtypeofsafety-relatedequipment,thedesignandthemanufacturingprocessesaresuchthatthereisahighdegreeofconfidencethatfutureequipmentofthesametypewillperformasrequired.Thisstandardalsogivespreferentialmethodsinvariousconfigurations,aswellasseveritylevelstobeusedinthequalificationsequence.Thesequalificationrequirements,whenmet,willprovideadequateverificationthattheequipmentofthesafetysystemsisdesignedtoperformitsfunction.Itshouldbetakenintoaccountthatthereexistdifferentcategoriesofqualificationaccordingtothetaskandthelocationoftheequipment.WherequalificationisrequiredbyotherIECstandardsorrecommendationsfornuclearpowerplantsotherthanthosedescribedinthisstandard,theuseofthegeneralguidanceprovidedinthisstandardisrecommended.Thequalificationmethodsdescribedhereshouldbeusedfortheinitialqualificationoftheequipmentandformaintainingqualificationpreservationfollowingmodifications.Otherqualificationrulesforspecificelectricalequipmentortestmethodsmayexistelsewhereandshouldbeusedtosupplementthisstandard.Thereferencesandmethodsfordeterminingequipmentdesignlifearenotdirectlycoveredbythisstandard.Themanufacturersandusersofequipmentforsafetysystemsarerequiredtoprovideevidencethatsuchequipmentwillmeetorexceeditsperformancerequirementsthroughoutitsinstalledlife.Thisrequirestheestablishmentofdifferentqualityassuranceprogrammesatvariouslevels:design,qualification,productionqualitycontrol,installation,maintenanceandperiodictesting.Thisstandarddealsonlywiththequalificationaspects.Theotherstepsinthequalityassuranceprogrammerequirestrictcontroltoensurethatsubsequentequipmentofthesametypematchesthatwhichwasqualified,andthatissuitablyapplied,installed,maintainedandperiodicallytested.
