【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC9281specifiestheidentificationmethodsforcodingofpictorialinformationindigitalform.Itdoesnotspecifythecontentsofthedatafieldofapictureentity.Forinstance,thisfieldmayalsocontainaudioand/oranimationdataassociatedwiththedataspecifyingthepicture(s).ThispartofISO/IEC9281servesasabasisforanumberofstandards.Incombinationwithoneormoreofthose,pictorialinformationindigitalform,usingoneormoremethodsofcoding,maybebuiltupintoadocumentforvisualcomprehension.Graphiccharacterscodedinaccordancewithotherstandardscanalsobecombinedwiththepicturein-formation.Thecodedinformationfromsuchadocu-mentmaybeprocessed,andtransmittedbytelecommunicationssystems.ThispartofISO/IEC9281alsospecifiesatechniqueforswitchingbetweencharacter-codedinformationanddigitalpictorialinformation,andbetweendiffer-entpicturecodingmethods.

【摘要】:WithinthegeneralscopedefinedinSection1,AmericanNationalStandardB30.5appliestocrawlercranes,locomotivecranes,wheel-mountedcranes,andanyvariationsthereofthatretainthesamefundamentalcharacteristics.Thescopeincludesonlycranesoftheabovetypesthatarebasicallypoweredbyinternalcombustionenginesorelectricmotors.Sideboomtractorsandcranesdesignedforrailwayandautomobilewreckclearance,diggerderricks,cranesmanufacturedspecificallyfor,orwhenusedfor,energizedelectricallineservice,knuckleboom,trolleyboomcranes,andcraneshavingamaximumratedcapacityofonetonorlessareexcluded.Specialadaptionstothegeneraltypesofmachinescoveredbythisvolume,whereapplicable,fallunderthisscope.Somebasicmachinetypeswithinthisscopeareusedalternativelyforliftingserviceandforapplicationsnotconsideredtobeliftingservice.Alloftherequirementsofthisvolumeareapplicabletosuchmachineswhenusedforliftingservice.However,ataminimum,Section5-1.11,Chapter5-2,andSection5-3.1ofthisvolumeapplytomachineswhenusedinotherthanliftingservice.
