【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthefunc-tional,performanceandsafetyrequirementsforave-hicleequippedwithaliftablevanbodydesignedfor:—cabinresupplyandservicing,and/or—loadingandunloadingofcateringequipmentandsuppliesonalllargecapacityaircrafttypescommonlyinserviceininternationalcivilairtransportwithacabindoorsillheightequaltoorexceeding2,54m(100in)overtheground.2TheintentofthisInternationalStandardisnottospecifyequipmentdesign,butrathertodefineminimumfunctionalandperformancerequirementsandhighlightthosecriteriawhichareknowntobeessentialtoanefficientandsafeoperationonciviltransportaircraftintheenvironmentofinternationalairportsbyaircraftandvehiclemanufacturersaswellasairlinesandcateringagencies.3Itshallbeappliedwithduereferencetonationalgovernmentalregulationsofthecountrywherethevehicleistobeoperated.Themainthoughnotex-clusiveareasinwhichsuchnationalregulationsmaybemorestringentthantherequirementsofthisIn-ternationalStandardare:—sanitaryrequirementsregardingdesign,cleaninganddisinfectionofvehiclesusedtocarryfoodforhumanconsumption.—stabilityandothersafetyrequirementsapplicabletoelevatingequipmentcarryingpersonnelintheelevatedposition.
