【摘要】:ThisSAEStandarddescribesaprocedurefortheevaluationofoperatorseatswhichmaybefittedtoagriculturalwheeledtractorsperSAEJ1150and/orearthmovingmachinesperSAEJ1057.Thisprocedureevaluatesonlytheverticalvibrationperformanceandshouldnotbeconsideredacomprehensiveseatevaluationprocedure.Thepurposeofthisdocumentistoestablishamethodfortestingtheseatsofagriculturaltractorsandearthmovingmachines.Themethodrecognizesthatthevibrationperformanceofoperatorseatsforagriculturaltractorsandearthmovingmachinesdependsonthecharacteristicsoftheseat,themachine,andtheoperator.Assuch,thisdocumentdescribesaprocedureutilizinghumansubjects(operators)formeasuringandevaluatingseatperformanceinthelaboratoryasafunctionofmachinetypeandoperatorweight.AgriculturalwheeledtractorsandearthmovingmachineshavingsimilarvibrationspectraaregroupedintodefinedclasseswithcorrespondingtestvibrationinputspectraspecifiedforeachclassinSAEJ1385andSAEJ1386.Thespecifiedpowerspectraldensityattheseatmountingbasedefinestheresponserequiredfromthevibrationteststandduringagivenlaboratoryseattest.Themethodmeasuresthefrequencyweightedrootmeansquareaccelerationtransmittedtotheoperatorattheseat/buttockinterface(wholebodyvibration)duringsimulatedmachinevibrationonavibrationteststandorridesimulator.Performanceforallapplicationswithinadefinedclassrequirestestswithsubjectsofspecifiedweights.SupersededbyISO5007.
